SPR# KHOR4VWGQ4 - Under heavy use, the DIIOP task may fail to respond to connect requests. To increase the size of the listen queue at the transport layer, set the notes.ini value ORB_LISTEN_QLEN to a larger value. The default has been increased in R5.0.10 to 5.
